I wanted to get a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and wanted to check out the bidding on this site. When it asked me for my credit card information it DID NOT say anything about charging ANY amount of money! It immediately charged my card $99.00 and i immediately contacted my prepaid card company which cannot dispute the charge but they gave me a phone number to contact. (877) 403-6981. I called and was told by 2 separate operators that they cannot find my account information but that I could try back in a few hrs or tomorrow and in the meantime they would send an email to upper management and the billing department about a refund. I just tried to call again and there is a recording saying that "your account is locked" about 15 times over and over and then says the number you are trying to reach is disconnected!!!!(Inappropriate Content Removed) This was allllll the Christmas money that I had saved. THIS IS NOT COOL, AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
