I saw this product on line an thought that I would try the samples as it only cost $4.97 then I also had a charge for another charge for $3.97 for 11/4/13. When I wen to pay my credit card bill I noticed two more charges from them on 11/20/13 one for $99 and one for $93. I got my credit card holder on the phone and they did a 3 way conference call. Equinox Skin Care REFUSED to reimburse the charges on 11/20/13 for almost $200 saying that I had to have returned the product in order to not be charged. Bottom line is if you see a sample add from Equinox........run and don't look back it is a scam!!!
