I signed up for TRIAL service with Care.com but without any notifications I was charged $82.39 on 3/3/2013, 6/3/2013, 9/3/2013 and 12/3/2013. Trying to call their customer service at 1-877-227-3115 but there is no one answers and no opportunity to leave a message. SCAM!!!! BIG SCAM!!!

As stated in our Terms of Use and twice on the upgrade page when you had initially signed up, all of our subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. This is a setting you can edit at any point after upgrading in your Account & Settings page by selecting the Downgrade option.
