I registered for an auction site, that claimed it was free to join, but need credit card information for future buys. When I registered, I was charged $99.00 without my authorization. I have been unable to communicate with anyone there, as they do NOT return e-mail, there is no phone number available, and their instant chat feature does not function. I received NOTHING for the $99.00 and want a refund.
