I purchase a wig from this company after carefully reading the return policy:

Online return or exchange

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the wig that we made meets your requirement. Try your wig on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the wig.

For any items, if there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please upload some persuasive pictures or video. Once it is verified, you can send the item back to us (customer assumes the shipping cost) only after you get our permission, and we will give you the corresponding refund.

If you are returning or exchanging wigs, please make sure they are in their original condition - unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and with the intact tags attached.

I tried the wig on without altering or washing it or removing tags etc and emailed them the picture of this wig which looked nothing like in the picture and the wig was ordered in a 'Large", and clearly was not. This was their response to the email:

Hi Dear
Thanks for your email and photos
After we checking the photo,we suggest you to maintain it by hair spray,because usually all the wigs not looks as good as the picture after the long term of shipping.and it will be natural after maitain.
