We purchased a rebuilt transmission for our child's car. It was shipped to us quickly (as any company would). Our mechanic went to put the transmission in, and found faulty parts within the casing. We spent two weeks hounding Southwest Transmissions about picking this thing up - finally, they caved in (trying to claim we negated a warranty by not putting a filter on when, in essence, it came with one). A month after shipping this transmission back, and we have no refund. We will be seeking all legal remedies if this refund isn't processed soon. A heads up to Missouri, and nationwide, consumers: do NOT purchase your transmissions here! Dave and John are shady characters. No physical location information on website - had to do a WhoIs search to find out their location.
