The numbers were customer I.D. 555792 and verification code 5947. Possible case number 1199341050. Bank statement shows purchase 9/8/12 Upclickvpcsupport Sliema MH $349.99.

The telephone for the $349.99 transaction was 1-855-573-7122 and for the case number it was 1-800-642-7676. I took this info from my notes I took on that day.

The problem was old tool bars such as Firefox, White Smokey and possibly Thunderbird stuck on a refurbished computer. I needed a technician with the right equipment to take them off so not to draw the trojan horse complications.

I sought Sliema (MH) to fix this problem with the trojan horse and to clear these old tool bars, but they just took my money, I did not know what to do until I found you, Premium Support. I hope you can help, get my money back.

Mozilla, if I can recall, was another old tool bar I had a real long time getting off. Mozilla drew the trojan horse complications strong. I finally found a technician with the correct equipment to take all these old useless toolbars off.
