I received this product and I did not loose any weight what so ever. I actually gained weight and felt very bloated. I stopped the bottle halfway due to the weight gain. I contacted the company and they would not reimburse my money. They did stop my membership but I was not satisfied wih the product.
When I contacted customer service, the rep was rude by raising his voice and telling me that because I did not cancel whithin 14 days that the charge was a valid charge. I told him that the product was a 30 day supply and I could not have even known if it worked in the 14day trial period. The bottom line is that they would not return my money which was debited from my bank card. I filled out he form through the bank but after they contacted the company, the bank tells me the charge was valid. I am now going through my attorney for my credit.
