i signed up for the free trial of the eye cream.i paid $5 which was what it was agreed upon. 2 weeks later i was charged $87.91 on my credit card. I phoned them right away and one of their agents agreed to refund me $65. when I questioned them the fact that they need to refund me the full amount, the girl just said i don't know i can only refund $65.
i wrote them directly and told them that is fraudulant and they should refund my full value but have not heard anything from them.
Also they have everyone on future charges as well so be sure to also cancel any future charges.
