I have recently started a small personal business up where I sell codes for video games, my supplier accepted skrill only and 95% of my customers only payed with paypal so I looked online for a way to transfer and I came across this website, everything seemed great, I had a order of £45($71)and the customer wanted to pay through paypal, so before I sent I spoke to the customer service they told me all the details of how it works and how if I sent the money I'd receive the payment within 10 minutes and I went ahead and sent the payment so 10 minutes gone and I have received no order ID to track my order so I ask about this and they say because I sent less than $100 they're system couldn't process the payment so they will have to do it manually and this will take up to 48 hours, 3 and a half days later I had still not received my money, so I tried getting in touch and I was being completely ignored so I left them with a threat of a chargeback and I still had not got a reply so I went ahead with the chargeback, I said this in the chat and they replied saying your payment is ready to be sent, so if you cancel the chargeback we will have your money in your skrill account within the hour so stupidly I agreed 1 hour later still don't have the money and I ask them what is going on and then they say "For some reason our system is refusing to send the money, the only thing we can do is refund the money or the system will send you the money if you send more than the $100 on top of the payment I had already sent, so I scoured twitter for another customer and finally found one, sent another $71 and I still haven't received my money within an hour so the latest customer tells me to file a chargeback as unauthorized payment as I will get the money quicker, paypal closed this chargeback as they could find no evidence of unauthorized payment, so now when I'm asking for refunds they are just not replying and haven't been for the past day and a half and they have $142 of my CUSTOMERS money and I can't do anything about it, what should I do?

  • I don't agree with you Luke. Paypaltoskrill.com is a genuine website. Some of our friends including me using this site for a quite long time.

    we didn't face any problem still... they are very good. Why don't you open a chat for your problem. their chat supports are very friendly.

  • Yes, I now agree with you Bryan. Later the problem is solved by the Paypaltoskrill.com customer support. I got my money back after that. Their minimum amount is 100 USD, I did not notice that, which delayed my exchange little bit.

    Yes, Paypaltoskrill.com is a genuine website. I have done few more exchanges with them. It is true that they provide instant exchanges.

  • after checking all the comments posted here I gave it a try. I am glad to say that they really provide instant service. i will use Paypaltoskrill.com again now.
