Thought I was purchasing a brand new iphone 4s all nicely packaged. I felt uneasy about the purchase and so I went directly to apple to verify this was a new phone. It was not new, it had been previously damaged and in fact would not accept a charge so it did not even work! Lucky for me I paid by credit card, so I am still in dispute with the merchant, but I am confident It will settle in my favor. They are scammers and crooks.
