I too ordered a "free trial", just pay shipping. My skin had a bad reaction, red, swollen. I go to the website wanting to return the product and be sure to cancel any further shipments. I have the original box and a "post card" that came with the product. There is no packing slip, etc included with the box. No details saying there would be more automatic shipments. They say to cancel I have to include a RMA # but I have no idea where to find that! I've tried twice to call the customer service number and when someone finally picks up there is very loud feedback noise so you can't even talk to whoever answers.
