A pop-up survey was in front of my Netzero email page and asked four questions regarding my use of the Netzero account. They offered a free gift for answering their survey. Pay only shipping and choose a gift worth up to $100. I chose the Luminantskin offer. Now this morning they charged our account $93.95. I called, finally got a real person who asked for my name and phone # with a promise to call back in one hour. Guess what? No call and it's five hours later.
