I deposited with my cc first time, the money went from my bank account but never did enter cashier at win palace. I chatted with support. They are useless, the person i spoke to was "Charlie". I asked to speak with the manager and he just closed the chat "account manager Mike". Both have no clue how to ask. I would avoid them like the plague.
