I sent the over 50 kg parcel, they never delivered. Whenever I try to contact them, they keep giving false excuses but never tell the real story. sometimes told me that they will call me back but never called me back.
first they told me that the guy who picked the parcel from me has run away with my parcel then they keep telling me different stories but never delivered my parcel.
