In September I purchased what I thought was a free sample with only p&p to pay,my bank account had £98.37 deducted plus two p&p ammounts of £4.95 I emailed the company and the reply was that there records show $98.37 was deducted and because I had not cancelled within the 15 days stated I had agreed to further purchases. they offered to give me $49.18 and I could keep the product and they would cancell further shipments.
I have emailed twice the 18th/30th nov no reply
