I received a call from Cashnet USA saying I'd been approved for up to $5000.00 and all I needed to do was show that I'm a capital person by loading $110.00 onto a Greendot money pack and giving the phone representative the pin number on the back. After the agent collected the money I was told that the loan didn't go through because I needed to pay a $158.00 application fee by loading another green dot money card for that amount and paying it to the agent. I never saw any details in the terms of service asking for an application fee and when refusing to pay it was told I had lost the original $110.00. I also noticed later in details on the site that Cashnetusa didn't accept loans in my state.
