Same complaint as Jerry had against this company. Person called and said my computer was in serious trouble and my files were being compromised etc. (I had been having problems with my WiFi , so this was believable). Well, lo and behold still no WiFi connection. Called them back today about this and they said they could not help with this problem. And neither can the cable company; they say its the computer. I am over 70 and don't know which way to go. They all prey on older persons who are not tech savvy.
