I order a purse from the coach factory. They sent confirmation that I had ordered several purses on different orders when in fact I only ordered one. Then I got a confirmation the vimapay had received my money and that they would send me a tracking number. I emailed coach and told them I didn't order but one purse and to cancel all orders but one. I have not heard anything from anyone on this matter. I am contacting my credit card company now.
