Placed an order the 2nd week of October, received hand made wigs scam 11/20/13 made of inferior synthetic hair,wrong color style. Repeated communication with chat service and email proved futile to resolve or gain RA to get refund for investment. Told if I exchanged wig a return address would be given, otherwise cost to return to address in China would be counter productive at $139.00 US postage. Scam, Scam, Scam! They will go out of business!
