I ordered a bottle of the anti aging cream from RVTL. One time purchase..free...shipping and handling $3.94. One week later my bank has been billed $200.00 for 2 items , one totally not ordered and not shipped. When my husband called customer service, he is told I had 2 weeks to send it back or be billed. It has only been a week ago that it came. There was no disclaimer about a two week trial period on the ad even if I had wanted to send it back. When I called customer service, they never answered. I am horrified at the exhorbitant amount that they billed my bank fraudulently.

The man on the phone was ruder than rude. We still and probably won't ever hear anything from this company. I cannot believe I was so crazy. $200.00 just gone.
