After taking Garcinia Cambogia for few days developed headaches and Dr advised to cease taking. Was meant to be a free trail for 1 month but my credit card was charged $58.95.
I sent emails to YourTrimTrainer at [email protected] and [email protected] over the past week, but only received auto reply. Tried calling 8559786683 and 8556683561, but no answer. Finally got through today and told I was 1 day too late to return product! It is appalling that they make it almost impossible to contact them. Very hard to find contact details and then no satisfaction. I was told I need a return merchant authorisation number but no-one was able to give me one. My card was also charged $9.97 for a fitness membership which I did not authorise and in email they sent said I would be charged this amount every month. When I returned their email to cancel, auto reply again! I would like both my US$9.97 and $65.12 refunded to my credit card please.
