I received an unrequested jar of RVTL in the mail yesterday with no invoice and minimal delivery details. On ringing my bank I discovered that £95 had been deducted without my authorisation. I have completed the complaints form and emailed them demanding a refund with instructions to send no further products and to take no more money from my account. I now wait to see if I get a response.
