Bought something online and this auravie skin care popped up as a "free trial" if i complete a survey. I completed the survey and signed up, paying $4. something for shipping and handling. Appearently if you dont return unopened within 10 days, you get charged $100 bucks every month. WHAT??? they have a strange concept of risk free trial. When I called the on floor supervisor, after waiting on hold for 30 mins (probably because of all the complaints) I was simply told i would not be getting a refund because obviously i did not read the fine print!!!!!!
