I ordered a shipping charge only 14 day trial on 12/26/13. There is no information on any literature with the order that indicates a trial or further charges or if or when the product should be or must be returned or whether or not any call is required.The mailing date on the package is 12/27/13. It arrived on 1/2/14. On 1/10/14 there are charges on my account for 79.95 and 89.95 for the products. I called and spoke to Angel at 1036am MT on 1/10/14 and was told that the 14 day trial had expired because the trial began on the date ordered. They offered a 50% discount to keep the product and extend the trial period. I refused and was told the charges would remain. I asked for a supervisor and was told she was in a meeting. I said I would call the attorney general and I was then put on hold and then told to send the product back for a refund which would occur with 3 days of the return. Meanwhile my account is debited the 169.95. I will return the product today. This is a scam.
