We have similar awful experience as described. We requested to have our company name unsubscribed from their mailing list and we do not acknowledge the bill. They do no allow as to do that and said we must at least subscribe for min 1 yr. The main reason we happened to subscribe is because they use the Spore Cres which most of us it's from Registrar of Co. and there is a deadline to submit our deadline. We subscribe bcoz we do not wish to be penalized. The fact is we do not need such service as most of such services would be complimentary and we can opt to unsubscribe if we find it useless. Pls incl. me when collating the complains. We must report to the relevant authority to take action or at least warn them. They should at least state UPFRONT on their mail that there is a fee of S$490 for subscribing this service and not in small print that we need to search/read it elsewhere.
