they sent an invoice of 490 for something that i did not even sign up for. they gave misleading & ambigious information prior and even if you did not officially 'submit' any information (like if you closed the window before completing the form etc), they have somehow managed to capture your 'login' time and then send over the said invoice this year. i actually managed to call the number through, and a young man who calls himself 'joe' says i should write to the email '[email protected]' if i have any queries. he sounded like he has been getting many similar calls prior to me, and was eager to put down the phone. the 'billings' officer actually did reply my complain, and said that they cld terminate my account and i will not have to pay the 2015 annual fee. i was so angry & i replied saying i will NOT be paying any fee of ANY year, and that if they persist, i will be taking legal action.
