Nearly wanted to go down and settle the payment tomorrow but was thinking that something seemed dubious about the whole thing. My dad is not really good in English and had received the letter 2 months back. Thinking that he had to update the info within a week as indicated in the letter, he did so, only to receive an invoice asking for $490 last week. This is a total scam! Nothing was indicated anywhere on the letter that it would incur a subscription fee. Definitely going to lodge a police report tonight and not pay a single cent. This is so ridiculous.
