Same as everyone else: Maxlend withdrew an unauthorized amount of money from my account that far exceeded what I owed. Spoke to them multiple times, each time a different answer, on 3 occasions they took my credit card info and said they would refund the money and I would have it in a few hours. Instead they withdrew an additional penny. Yeah, a penny, like the first F you wasn't enough. Sent them an email advising them of their breach of contract. Not paying them a cent more than the actual loan I took out. They're getting zero interest from me, since they've banked a nice interest earning on our dime for the long weekend. Make sure you ask your bank to block them from withdrawing anything from your account or change banks if you have to.

- My bank does not accept automatic deposits to my bank card, so I have to wait until WEDNESDAY. Yes, they originally told me Tuesday, but then the guy I talked to Saturday said it would most likely be Wed. 6 days with no money. I ended up contacted another short term lender, getting the money from them and calling maxlend back and telling them to keep their money, refund me the extension amount and that I was done with them, in addition to reporting them to 2 agencies. The guy started blistering, but you know what, serves them right. So I get my extension payment back, and they will pay my overdraft fees for leaving me flat broke for almost a week.
