I was charged extra for a website that was suppose to be free. Here is my chat from last week I cancelled the membership and asked for my money back before the 30 day period was up and I still haven't recieved my money back into my bank account.

    While the website is indeed free, you need to purchase hosting and register the domain first. We process all refunds on the day that we receive them. Once we process the refund on our end it is up to your financial institution to put the funds back on your card. This typically takes up to 10 business days, but every financial institution is different.
