The last week in December of 2013 I noticed a free trial for some skin care products and I only had to pay for shipping,I noticed a charge of 97.88 on my bank account and enquired with my bank whom told me it was for a skin care product. I called the Aura Vie on Monday 1/13/14 and spoke with Jeff at Aura Vie who told me if I send the product back to them I would receive at least 70% of my money because of a restocking fee, I did try to get him to give me atleast 50% back for good fath but he explained that would settle my account and I wouldn't receive any more money. So I agreed to return all three products by mail. I set the products back and had it confirmed when delivered. They received the products on 1/16 and I called Aura Vie on 1/20 and spoke with West who said he was the floor floor supervisor who told me he couldn't offer me any money back but I could receive the products back, I explained that I didn't want the products that's why I sent them back he again told me no money only products, he finally ended the conversation by hanging up on me. So I called back and spoke with Kitty who told me the same information no money but they would send me product that I don't want. They are claiming the products I sent them were opened and I know I never opened them. So now they have my 97.88 plus the products I don't want. While I was specking with Kitty I told her I would settle for at least 50% of mg money back and she explained that she couldn't over ride what West offered, which I didn't understand because West only offered products that I didn't want. She finally hung up because I wasnt happy with her answers and she couldn't offer me any money. So as of right now I don't have any of my money back or the products.
