I was promised a $5000 loan. I had to verify the money via green dot money pack for $300. Once they got this information and money their was government problem due to my account being overdrawn a couple of dollars. They stated it would be sent to Western Union. I knew it would not. At that moment I knew I was been had. The original statement was that the money on the green dot card would not be touched. However the moment I gave them the transfer number I knew something was wrong. There were a number of signs that I should have noticed to tell me this was a scam.
