I ordered a pair of women's keen boots size 10.5 on 12-22-13 using PayPal 73.60 was deducted from my bank account I received a confirmation e-mail its been over one month and I haven't received the boots or a refund there was no phone or address for this co. Only an e-mail address I sent 2 e-mail asking about the status of my order I haven't received an answer back
