I purchased a magazine from a door-to-door "duo", claiming they were earning points for a trip. I decided after I placed the order that the cost of the magazine was RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE, and I changed my mind. I submitted the form IMMEDIATELY that states you have 3 days to cancel the order, and I followed the instructions EXACTLY as stated. They never did cancel the order, and in fact they cashed my check for $84.00. It took a long time to figure this out, and to find out how to contact them - very cryptic - and I did email them about getting a refund. I have mailed the info needed - still waiting to see if they will indeed get my money back to me as promised. I, too, will never order anything from anyone selling door-to-door again! Wanted to submit the complaint while I was online tonight. Thank you for your help!
