I made a reservation via website for airport parking for 12/25 through 12/30. The total price quoted was $46.93 against which I paid a deposit of $14.18 with a understanding that balance due at the lot would be $32.75. The reservation confirmation message directed me to park at EWR parking facility. Upon arrival at the location I was asked to pay $49.99 in total dusregard for the receipt and confirmation I provided from Premier Parking Ventures. In order to make the flight I had no choice to pay the $49.99 to secure the parking spot. Since returning 0n 12/30/2013, I have tried on numerous times unsuccessfully to obtain refund of the excess amount I was charged by calling 877--809-3009, option 4. I get repeated promises that the matter will be sent to the management for resolution but no action. I think this company is very unprofessional and dishonest in how they conduct themsleves and I caution others against using their services. A dissatified customer
