Roy called said I wad approved for up to $5k and how much I would like to borrow. I said $2k. He asked me for my bank info which ok gave him. Then he told me to purchase a vanilla reload network card and put $110 on it as a good faith to show his company I was legitimate and would pay the money back. He said they would not take my $110 that I could use the $110 as soon as his company verified the funds were on the card. He say they are regulated by DOC and this is not a scam. I went online and found these complaints. I did not load any money but I am concerned about my BANK INFO. But I did ask for his name & COMpany info. Here it is what he gave me: Roy Martin, E-Loan Finance, ID# 1238, 5206 Grant St, Jacksonville, FL.
