On 12/14/13 I ordered what I thought to be a free trial of Levela skin care. I pd shipping of $4.79. On 12/3013 & 01//15/14 I was charged for two shipments of $89.95 each.
I called once I received my credit card statement on 1/27/14 and demanded to cancel my so called membership which I unknowingly signed up for when ordering my free trial. An e-mail was sent indicating that my membership has been cancelled. I called the next day to request a refund on last shipment for 1/15/04 and they offered to let me keep order for price of $20.00 and would refund me $69.95 on credit card. Waiting on confirmation of this transaction. I chose this option so I wouldn't have to go through hassle of sending back bottle. I realize the error of my poor judgement but after reading about others who have gone through the same problem, I feel that this needs to be stopped. Their ad is very misleading and can cause great financial stress to consumers.
