It would appear that the company is part of some sister company that I joine & they are taking £21.99p & £29.99p respectively each month. I am not aware that I have given them permission to keep taking this money month after month as I cancelled the initial membership from the one company I signed up to originally.
I think that it is wrong to join sevearal companies together & cheat members when they think they have sinned up to just one company but others seem to piggy back on them & take money via small print somewhere.
I only noticed this because I do not have a paper statement anymore & this month did not spend on the card but appeared to get high charges & so I liiked at the statement & found money was being taken by this company mponth on month for 2 sites I do not know about nor have had access to

Hope you can sort out for me so that no more charges occur & I get refunded.
