I received an e-mail stating that my SSN number would be "frozen"if i didn't pay a total of $4,271.15. He had most of my info because i had tried to get an online loan,but was denied alot because of poor credit. DAVID COOPER IS A SCAMMER!!!!I called his bluff and he has not responded to my last e-mail to him calling him a liar and scammer. Here is all the info i have on him: David Cooper-works in collections for "Ace Cash Services(no such company)Phone#1-347-774-0573(man w/an accent saying he is David Cooper and leave a message,but mailbox is full)DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY OR INFO ON ANYTHING!!WARNING WARNING WARNING

- Thank u such i qaa juat about to send him money . but something told me to call and it did not work. So i got online and look for ace cash amd they did not have my info than i saw your note and i thank u sooooooouch i got the same info
