i ordered the free trial that was to be here in 14 days and wasnt, and then i was billed by the company the full amount, and still waited, then they refunded my money to my account and two days later took it out again for a higher amount again. i tried to refute with me bank and couldnt find a number to call but sent complaints by email no anwer, until i got a email saying they couldnt bill me, of course not after that i closed that card, i tried to explain to them that its not very good business to bill me for things i dont have, didnt get by their rush system, has turned my face red with a rash and pimples all over, and that they take the money out , return it, then take it out again for a higher amount, their anwere well we dont see it on our side, i asked well if you have a fax or email i will send u a copy of my bank statement and prove to you what you did which is unethical, all i got well all we can do is refund 35 percent . never again and i will tell others to never try this either
