Agreed to pay 4.95EURO for a trial, however osince reciving trial bottles,79euro on credit card was withdrawn. Contacted helpline was told it was in the T&C's. Have re-checked website, all received emails, invoice and delivery note but found no mention of this. Informed there would be no refund.
