I was looking for loans on another trusted site I got through someone at my bank when I found an email from these guys saying "Welcome." I went to check them out and set about "logging in" and I had to use my Higher One account because they won't take my credit union. The next thing I now it says that in 3 days from the 6th of February, when I supposedly "agreed to their terms" there would be a charge to my account. I immediately sent them an email saying that I did not agree to this, no one got back to me. Yesterday, I was over drafted I did not authorize anything from them and they charged my account. I'm now 94 dollars in the hole for a stop check fee on their check and can't find anyway to cancel their recurring 20 dollar fee. I'm going to try and and contact my bank today and see if they can cancel all of their things for me. I just want my money back!
