My wife signed up for a free sample of this product, paid 4.95 shipping. It never came. We just let it go, as it was only 4.95, but then we were charged 97.88 a month later!!When I called, the personjust kept talking over me with scripted answers, so AI asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was a bully, much worse than the first person. would not let me get a word in edgewise. She ofered me 35.00 refund to make up for the 102.00 I have now paid for something i never received! She said it was a one time offer that i would never get again, take it or leave it. i took it, although not very happy that i had been ripped off, and they were so brazen about it. You need to dig in to the erms and conditions ( a million words so that people wont read it)you will find in the bowels of that basically saying you are screwed.They don't make their money on skin care products, they make their money on scamming people out of their money! I paid 102.00, they gave me 35.00 back, a net profit of 67.00!!!
