Like most, I received a call at work from an "attorney" with heavy accent who informed me I was being sued. While reading the affidavit, I noticed much of sounded a bit strange for being a legal document. He explained that the money was stolen because I did not pay it back. He didn't initially give me the name of the company until I asked twice. He then explained that someone would be coming to my work to serve me, and that they would inform my employer. After reading the whole affidavit, he then said, and I am dead-serious, "So why you do it? Why you not pay?" After he continued to tell me he had proof that they had emailed me and I told him to please provide a date so that I could look it up, he said he couldn't.

After reading the reviews here, I called back, and the very nervous person picking up the phone answered "Law Firm, "so and so" speaking." I told him I wanted to verify authenticity, asked for the name, which he verified was Rockwell Law Firm in Lawrence, KS, as the other guy had told me. I asked if they had a website, and he shakingly said "Yes" without giving it to me. After I asked, he said "Ok, it's - www. are you there?" I clearly was, and could clearly hear him. Then he hung up. They have a fake Google+ and LinkedIn. No website.
