I travel quite often and my wife is not exceptionally computer savy. I bought this product for their "Free Support" as she has a home business and can't afford to have a computer failure due to a virus. When she contacted tech support in an emergency, she was held hostage and had to pay $179.00 to have the virus removed remotely. That was $179.00 to repair a problem they were supposed to prevent in the first place.
