I ordered a phone online from cricket on 12/7/13. Cricket double charged my bank acct. When I discovered this from my bank charging me an overdraft protection fee of $10. I called cricket several times asking them to remove the second charge, which never posted but was in pending transactions. This still generated two more nsf fees of $36 each. Cricket kept bouncing me between the acct dept and the in processing dept saying that the other dept had to handle. I was prob on phone with cricket 7 times in two weeks at least 1 or more hours each time being bounced back and forth and then just told there was nothing they could do. I was charged $82 by my bank for this mistake cricket made and refused to correct.
