The company states they will give a 100% refund on the website, but in fact they do not.
I spent $421.92 but they only refunded me back $358.66. They are calling it a restocking fee.
The point being is that The product was cancelled 5 minutes after it was ordered. There was no response to the email so they were called and then found out they sent a single disc in the mail. Was given an RA # (return authorization code) and when the mailman came by I slapped the RA# on the envelope and he returned it.
The above charge was 3 charges for the one product, $29.95, 197.00 and $195.00. What they are doing is taking a percentage from each pricing level (even though it is only 1 item they restock). The amounts refunded were $25.46, $167.45 and $165.75.
