I only accepted a subscription to this Company for a 6-mo. FREE trial period. I was told that it would not be renewed w/out my consent. I specified that I did NOT want it to be renewed at the time. I was called about a renewal approximately one month ago & said ''NO".
I've since been billed (on 02-06-14) on my personal credit card for a renewal from this Company for $34.50. They will not take my phone calls. I only get a recording.
I Have no way of getting it off my bill.
What should I do to resolve this matter.
