as with other complaints, i found their product worthless.i was told i was taking it wrong; that a booster would be sent for free(it was); that i should continue with the full 90 day auto-ship to fully and fairly test the product. i mentioned that a refund of 90 days was as good as a refund of 30 days, and felt that was the deal.
turns out that there are ABSOLUTELY no refunds on products sent via auto-ship!...
allergic reaction, whatever reason, but on the initial order, just fine!so i asked if i should send the empty box,cover letter...other procedures for a refund.i suggested i could send the box back as an example of what to do(they seemed to have no fixed return policy, yet a return code and label.
then the routine about MY cost of sending the box back:(.49), the inconvenience of waiting, and the offer of $20.RIGHT NOW.
settling THAT, i was told about the no return policy for unopened auto-ship product, nowhere mentioned in their paperwork. i asked for a manager; and threatened on-line complaints to no avail. this seems to be unique in my experience.
there are comments praising this product, a pro-biotic (with no promoted ability to pass undigested through the stomach
which you find out later). it may yet work for me. but there seems to be a well-rehearsed scam at work here.stay away.
