I booked a flight on 31 Jan - Jai/Mum /LHR/Snn- just 24 hrs before the flight departure received a call saying - Ticket cannot be issued due to no inter airline connection agreement, I have option to take refund or buy 2 separate tickets. The second option was not feasible as there was only 2 hours of gap to collect luggage from Heathrow and change terminal and re check in - but I advised another connecting flight (BA Flight ) which was available where it was possible for me to make the connecting flight from Mumbai/LHR/Shannon. The agent totally ignored the option, left me to make my own arrangement and advise refund will be processed. I had to find extra 800 euro, pay extra costs for new flight and make my new reservation. Though I got my refund 1 week later - however the way my booking, complained was handled - was awful. When I complained, apart from a apology - nothing. Request to escalate was ignored. I would like ebookers to compensate me for the extra loss in taking new ticket, spending 6 hours to arrange new ticket and for the stress they caused me. It is easy to say for them that we have good customer service - but reality is totally different.
